Michael A. Sudduth, CPA

Mr. Sudduth holds a Bachelor of Science degree (magna cum laude) in Accounting and Finance from Berry College and a Master of Taxation degree from Georgia State University.  While a student at Berry College, Mr. Sudduth had internships with The Federal Reserve Bank and Arthur Andersen.

Michael’s background, prior to joining Bridges & Dunn-Rankin, LLP, includes five years of tax experience with Arthur Andersen.  His broad exposure in the areas of taxation has included compliance and research work related to individuals, corporations, S corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, private foundations, and trusts.  Michael has also worked in the areas of gift tax and multistate income tax.  He has worked with companies in the industries of technology, real estate, manufacturing, and retail.

Michael’s professional affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants.

On a personal level,  Michael enjoys spending time running, fishing, and reading.
