Bridges & Dunn-Rankin, LLP was formed in 1993 as a result of the merger of the separate practices of Kenneth H. Bridges and David Dunn-Rankin. Kent and David had gotten to know one another at KPMG Peat Marwick, where both were tax managers; David having left there in 1990 to start his own practice, and Kent having left in 1992 to join a smaller firm.
Kent and David were founding members of KPMG Atlanta office’s high-tech industry focus team, and it was this common focus on the high-tech industry that led them to get back together in 1993 and form this firm with a specific focus on the high-tech industry.
While the firm’s roots are in its focus on the technology industry, the firm now serves clients in a broad range of industries where we believe our services provide significant value.
